Production
We have our own model making department and also carry out maintenance work or modification work on existing model making constructions.
Large casting parts are produced by hand moulding. Smaller and middle sized cast parts can be shaped cheaper by machine.
To melt the alloys we have aggregates with an overall capacity of up to 130 tons per piece.
Concerning cast material we provide a wide range of standard- and special solutions, which we can adjust to your specific application conditions:
- perlitic and acicular nodular iron
- non-alloyed and alloyed chilled cast iron
- chilled cast iron plus (compound)
- Highly wear resistant materials according to DIN – EN 12513
- Ni-Hard
- Chrome cast / Chrome steel
- ICRODUR®
- Optimised special materials
We cast in sand as well as in chill-moulds. Furthermore we have at our disposal compound cast procedures, with which high performance compound work-pieces are produced.
The heat treatment takes place in special furnaces. Of course all cast parts can also be delivered in ready to be mounted designs.
All parts are delivered in the production stage you request, from raw-cast work-pieces to ready to be mounted work-pieces.
