Rolls for Oil Mills and Grain Processing
IRLE Rolls are manufactured and used for the processing of oil seeds and many grain sorts for example: soya beans, rape-oil seeds, sun flower seeds, cocoa beans, sweet-corn, wheat and oats
The roll design is adjusted to the respective usages and the processing technology.
Our specialists manage to find solutions for special and even the most extreme working conditions, using Irle special compound- and chrome alloy casting qualities.
For the flaking of grains, we offer temperature controlled rolls in various construction designs (i.e., peripheral bored system) and a special material, ORT®, developed especially for these type of applications.
ORT® is distinguished by the following properties: high heat transfer co-efficient, high tensile strength and a special metallurgic structure which prevents the roll through cold deformation, from hardening.
